I wanted to follow up a delivery which is overdue but Jam Global does not answer its HOTLINE numbers. Worse, an employee lifted the receiver and hung up promptly without answering, probably to stop the incessant ringing. I'm sure the job qualifications for its employees do not ask for much but it is still the responsibility of the company to train its employees properly. And a service-oriented company yet! I would have understood if they told me they were swamped and suggested a later delivery date but I resent the unprofessional conduct. If this business does not die a natural death from lack of customers, repeat ones or otherwise, I am seriously considering writing a very long letter to the DTI. And believe me, Jam, I can write.

JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS very unreliable with their commitment. I've been following up my delivery. After more than a week of follow up at 7am i received text message asking me to call their cellphone number. It was their Lady Manager and told me that my item will be delivered on that day we've talk. After 3 days as usual no delivery yet. ENSOGO TEAM nadadamay kayo sa kasiraaan ng JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS

SUPER STRESS sa JAMGLOBAL sheet!! i am still waiting for their delivery at 9.30PM dahil kahit gabi dw ngdedeliver! so ano to walang tulugan! then i called their sun number asking for the status. i was told to send the tracking info. i told the lady that i already txted the tracking number earlier but they did not reply.aba ako pa sinisi ni ate, kulang naman daw kasi ung info! e pano ko nga malalaman na kulang yung info e hello di ka nga nagreply! manghuhula ba ko!! tanga lang ang makikipag transact sa courier na to!!! paksheeeet kayo!!!!!

don't ever transact with this courier. ang bastos ng customer service nila. Not even accommodating. :l

NEVER transact with JAM GLOBAL. Your privacy is not safe. They are giving out customer information just to anyone especially your address.

if you want very unreliable courier people coming into your house and un-systematic billing system, use JAM GLOBAL! There are a whole lotta courier services out there, way better than them. I've got late deliveries, dissapointed clients, and the courier man was trying to charge me double. Very well!
